These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the I AM REDEMPTION (“IAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, the I AM REDEMPTION mobile app (the “IAR App”), and your participation in communications offered by I AM REDEMPTION.
By using our website or the IAR App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About I AM REDEMPTION
I AM REDEMPTION is a nonprofit organization that helps people overcome adversity through action, community, and purpose. Our activities may include community programs, physical activities, peer connection, events, service opportunities, educational or media content, fundraising activities, and other mission-related initiatives.
Information provided through our website, programs, communications, or other activities is for general informational and community-support purposes and is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or other professional clinical services.
Not an Emergency Service
I AM REDEMPTION is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website or the ability of others to use it.
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or updated at any time.
The IAR App
This section applies only to the IAR App.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the IAR App. This age requirement applies to the IAR App only; it does not limit who may visit our website or participate in I AM REDEMPTION programs and events, which may have their own requirements. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Profile & settings.
Community guidelines. Group chats are a place for connection and support. You agree to be respectful and not to post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or spam, or that shares someone else’s private information. I AM REDEMPTION may remove messages, pause your ability to post, or close your account if you do not follow these guidelines. Members who receive repeated reports may be paused from posting automatically while an administrator reviews them. I AM REDEMPTION may also suspend or close any account at its discretion, including to protect the community.
Profile photos. Your profile photo must be a photo of you and must be appropriate for a community setting. I AM REDEMPTION may remove a profile photo that does not follow these Terms.
Photos you share. When you send photos to I AM REDEMPTION using “Share photos,” you confirm that you took the photos or have the right to share them, and that the people pictured are comfortable with them being shared. You grant I AM REDEMPTION a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use, copy, edit, and publish those photos in connection with our mission, including on our website, social media, and promotional and fundraising materials. You keep ownership of your photos. To ask us to stop using a photo going forward, contact us.
Feedback. Feedback you send through the IAR App is anonymous. I AM REDEMPTION may use it to improve our events and programs.
Notifications. You choose which notifications you receive and can change your choices at any time in More → Notification settings.
Availability. We work to keep the IAR App available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change over time.
Donations
Donations made to I AM REDEMPTION are used to support our charitable mission, programs, operations, and other purposes consistent with the designation of the donation and applicable law.
Donations may be processed through third-party payment or fundraising providers and may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.
Donations made through the IAR App go directly to I AM REDEMPTION. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not the fundraisers, are not responsible for the collection or use of donations, and are not sponsors of I AM REDEMPTION's fundraising.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from I AM REDEMPTION, you consent to receive SMS communications from I AM REDEMPTION at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include information about our nonprofit programs, events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer opportunities, community updates, and other organizational activities.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation, participating in an event or program, volunteering, or otherwise engaging with I AM REDEMPTION.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to promotional or organizational email communications, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option contained in those communications.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, content created and published by I AM REDEMPTION, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to I AM REDEMPTION and may not be reproduced or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. I AM REDEMPTION is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer
I AM REDEMPTION makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information but does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Participation in physical activities, events, or other programs may involve risks. Additional waivers, releases, rules, or participation requirements may apply to specific activities or events.
